Lincoln Memorial

 Beautiful

 Great speech; such not a part of our Canadian history and hard for the boys to understand who Lincoln was and his significance.

The biggest impression for me was how different our histories have been; Canada has always been this quiet, sleeping giant to the North; there is always a muted action that dwarfs the drama of the US in all aspects, particularly the history and political events.
