Slave Driver
Mom is the slave driver - Homework is a daily ritual. Thank goodness for good ol' spelling tests and Kumon Math, and the basics that make a strong foundation. (We are actually reactionaries here: general education in BC is so lame.. how can you build talent if you can't write or spell or add? Think the French have a very different take on education and interested in learning more!!

Good for your guys! Yes it's definitely different over here. Wait until mine start primary school - you may here me singing a different tune!!
