Beautiful Christmas Ad

Merry Christmas everyone..I hope your Christmas is special. We are skiing with the boys, relaxing, and hoping to get lots of reading done.    Our plans include:

1.  Watching the 7up series - all in one go!

2.  Sleeping in (for us that is not getting up at 5:30 but sleeping until 7:00 am)

3.  Having nothing on the agenda.

Getting ready for Christmas...

We are winding down the year...the boys are skiing at Grouse (no snow right now), report cards are done, and we are looking forward to a relaxing Christmas!  

Max is figuring out high school options, and Bruno is making tit through grade five (he's in a very busy class this year - 14 boys...who want to move!).  We are getting ready for a big renovation in the summer (gut the kitchen and bathrooms, change the living room fire place configuration, build in shelves, build two closets in our bedroom, and finally, retrofit the deck and make it more functional.    We won't gain square footage, but modernize and update the home.

Skiing Season Begins

Sun Peaks Village...we are back for the kick off of an exciting ski season. 

 I love the village...it is such a small, quaint place to be.

 There was some great snow for the beginning of the season.

 The view was spectacular, and the snow was wonderful.

 Sun Peaks is a very special mountain;  I love the terrain, the people, the snow, the fun times we have had there as a family!  Welcome to the ski season, everyone!

November Days

 Never thought November could be busier...we are gearing up for the ski season, and Christmas (these photos are for our annual Christmas card), and school projects, and life in general...

 The boys are fantastic...

Saint Day

 The day after Hallowe'en and the boys needed to dress as a Saint....so we chose St. Francis of Assisi - our favourite saint!

 Old t-shirts, a rope around the waist, large crucifixes, and small birds to put on their shoulders!

WE are in the midst of the volleyball season!  Winning games is always an added bonus!  Sorry there are not photos of Bruno...he has been hard to catch on the camera lately!
