Miss Hewitt, Miss Hewitt, Miss Hewitt!!!!!

I am in tears....Max is leaving grade two, and his wonderful teacher behind. Miss Hewitt is one of those rare teachers your child will have...and you know you are blessed because everyday is special. I can honestly say, there are about 8 or 9 superstar teachers I have met in my life, and Miss Hewitt is on that list!!!! The others....well, Miss Parry, Ms. Gelson, Ms. Chomyn, and Miss McDonald...you are there!!!!

Miss Hewitt, we adore you. Thank you for making Max blossom this year! We can't wait until Bruno has you in a few years. Thankyou!!! Thankyou!!! Thankyou!!!!
Love Marielle, Chris, Maximilian, and Bruno!!!xoxoxo

Happy Father's Day!!!!

Better late than never! To the best dad in the world!

This is not my project!!!!

For the final project in grade two, Max had to choose an animal and do a research project. He is so tired...so, he read some books, and wrote paragraphs, and I typed them into the computer. As well, he drew the pictures. I helped (oops!) with the gluing, the letters, and some of the outlining, and the "sticks" that are supposed to be a lodge. I love the wolf...he is my favourite!

Bruno now and then...

Six years have passed in Bruno's life .....sweet boy from the beginning.

Bruno's birthday and the Art Express

Bruno had a wonderful birthday party: the children painted their own canvas bags, and it was great to see the creativity and beautiful projects they made.

Bruno's 6th Birthday Party: Red is the Theme

Bruno had a Green birthday a few years ago, so this year we decided to go with our favourite colour, red! We had the children come in red, too! Here are a few photos of the set up:

I swear that I want a home that is red and white in the interiors!!!
