Summer is Finally Here!!!

Great report cards lead to a visit to Toys R Us to pick out a great toy. Welcome to summer 2010 boys!

Kits Pool : we are back!!!

The great thing about the boys growing up: we can go to the pool and the boys can swim in the deep end on their own; they can help carry the chairs, and they are independent!

School Boy

Our Maximilian is finishing primary school - next year he will be in grade four. Hard to believe but there are many exciting adventures ahead!





Max loves school and enjoys learning. He is already talking about letter grades next year and how he will do. Like his mom, he puts lots of pressure on himself. He needs to be reminded to enjoy life and not to worry about school.

Summer is nearly here!

Here the boys are after Italian Mass...thought it would be interesting to take them to one; they couldn't understand and it stressed Max out. He thought he had to magically understand Mass in a foreign language!

Last summer it was bionicles and this summer, the obsession is Lego Star Wars. So, for an end of the school year treat, I took the boys to the Star Wars Symphony and light show.
It was a huge hit!!! I actually enjoyed it, too!

My Bruno Bear is seven

Hard to believe Bruno is seven and going into Grade Two..the years fly by!



Bruno is more and more like his dad every day. He is quiet, a homebody, a fantastic reader, an introvert, and a thinker. He is happy but he doesn't suffer fools gladly and dislikes me taking his picture! It is hard to get a smiling Bruno in a shot. However, when Bruno laughs, the world is a great place.

Our Bruno turns seven! A wonderful birthday with family and friends at Jump Gymnastics...cake, lots of activity, and fun!












Bruno invited his friends to an "away from home" birthday party at Jump gymnastics. It was a great time. The kids has so much fun that they didn't want to stop playing in the gym and wanted to eat their cake really quickly. They were all red-cheecked and out of breathe by the end!
