We have been memorizing this poem about a Tiger: Tiger Tiger burning bright, in the forest of the night.....it reminds us of our crazy Boris....look at those paws!!!!

Medals and Crosses

Max was part of the school's Speech Arts, whereby schools participate in memorizing poems and stories and bible readings, and present them in front of an audience and panel of judges. Max memorized William Blake's "The Tyger"


Max received this medal and came in third (Bronze!!)




Also, on the theme of wearing things around the neck,
Max got a silver cross in anticipation of his First Communion next month. He is so proud of his cross!!!!

Back to School for Term Three

We are back and school.. and it is busy...track and field and speech arts and Easter around the corner!!!

Our 9th Anniversary

Hard to believe nine years have flown by for us...it goes so fast. It sure has been a great time!

It was green day at school to commemorate St. Patrick's Day which happens during Spring Break...Ireland is great!

Parent Teacher Conferences

We went to student lead conferences and the boys showed us how great their school work is...a great job Max and Bruno, and outstanding report cards!

Boys and Hair

Bruno gets a hair cut. Very short, and wanting to hide it under his hat. Finally, he's wearing a hat!!!! Contemplating taking it off, while eating Cheerios. I love short hair on the boys.





Okay, I'm a traditionalist. I love boys with short hair. I love how short hair allows their features to stand out. Proper. Clean. The eyes say it all.

Disco Bowling with Peggy the Penguin

The boys took Peggy bowling. Peggy is the class penguin that each student in Max's class takes home, and writes a journal entry about. We decided to take Peggy bowling to shake things up a bit. We love bowling!
